SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
We generally ship all orders same day if received before 1pm PST on regular business days via USPS or Fedex. The charge that will appear on YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT will be billed under AAD. All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no indication of its contents. Tracking information will be emailed when order is shipped. Express orders are shipped Monday-Friday and normally takes 1-2 business days for delivery. Saturday’s orders ship on Monday unless Monday is a national holiday. International express normally takes between 5-7 business days, but may take longer depending on foreign customs. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
All products must be returned within 30 days of the day of purchase. 20% restocking fee applies for products that are damaged or heavily used. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
We do not match any company’s guarantees and/or warranties that they advertise on Television, Radio, Magazines, Newspapers, Mailings, etc. Our return policy overrides any and all policies set forth by other companies even if they are the manufacturer and/or supplier of the products(s).
Credits are issued within 72 hours after the product is received back into our shipping facility. The terms of this guarantee are subject to change with or without notice.
Steps to complete an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Contact our Customer Service Department by emailing to Returns@MediViral.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Write the reason for returning the product and the RMA number on the copy of the sales receipt.
Mail back the product via trackable courier in the products original packaging, stating the reason for the return and the Return Merchandise Number (RMA) to the address supplied to you by our customer service representative.
Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the senders expense.
Refund Request Checklist:
1. Customer must provide us a detailed journal of foods that were consumed during 30 days high in lysine and low in arginine.
2. Customer must send back the product via trackable courier in the products original packaging, stating the reason for the return and the Return Merchandise Number (RMA) to the address supplied to you by our customer service representative. 3. Customer must provide verification from a doctor confirming herpes breakout within 30 days of the purchase of MediViral.
4. In order to get best results, we recommend taking MediViral supplement daily for at least 90 days to strengthen immune system.
Sales Tax
MediViral.com charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Customers that request shipping to California addresses are required to pay taxes on purchases. All other states are exempt.
ORDER CANCELATION POLICY:
All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor that incurs fees. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above – including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
Cancellation for Auto-Ship Orders:
The customer is responsible for canceling their Auto-Ship subscription. To cancel simply send an email to sales@mediviral.com, please include your full name and phone number.
If a cancellation occurs after a credit card is processed and a shipment is in route to the customer, that order cannot be canceled. Once a charge appears on your credit card, it means that shipment or payment has already been processed. Only future shipments & billing can be canceled.
Fraudulent CHARGEBACK Policy:
The charge that will appear on YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT will be billed under AAD. If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for an order that you placed and received, there will be a $75.00 research fee charged to your account upon reversal of the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase and that you did receive your product(s). If you do not remember making the purchase – please call the number on your statement next to the charge before calling your bank.
Fraudulent Charges – Stolen Credit Card Purchases:
We log IPs on all orders – any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction and to the FBI for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
